Returns Policy

Overview

We do not offer refunds.
We offer exchange only within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customers are encouraged to ask for detailed measurements before purchase. We are happy to measure and assist you to ensure the best fit.

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items that are damaged, stained, altered, or worn will not be accepted for exchange.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damaged Items

Customers must take a clear video while opening the package as proof.

If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the opening video and clear photos.

Once approved, we will arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

Without an opening video, damage claims may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5529-168A Ave NW, Edmonton, AB, T5Y 0K4.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for lost return packages. Please use tracked shipping.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as processing begins immediately.
